Our Return Policy
Changed your mind or item does not fit as expected?
Please contact us at email@example.com with your order and product information. You may proceed to mail the item back to us upon receiving our confirmation email. For your return to be valid, it has to be mailed back within 14 working days (30 days for international customs) from the date the order was delivered to you. We recommend that you use a trackable service when returning items to us. We unfortunately cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit.
All exchanges or refund will be in the form of store credit, which you can use to check out the correct size/design you want. Please note that store credits are valid for 120 days from the date of issue, and are applicable to use online. All items will be checked to ensure they are in their original condition (i.e. unused, unwashed, original tags and labels still on) before we proceed.
Sales items are not eligible for returns and exchanges.
Defective or wrong item?
We check every order before shipping it to you so we hope this does not happen! Nevertheless, if you receive a defective or wrong item, please write to us within 10 days of receiving the package so we can rectify it. We will bear the return postage. In the event the item you ordered is no longer in stock, we will arrange a full refund to you.
